Joy Turner serves as the administrative assistant for the Center for Sport Leadership at VCU. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from VCU in Mass Communications (Print Journalism) in May 2007. While attending VCU, Turner wrote for student newspaper The Commonwealth Times and interned with Communications and Public Relations, where she covered faculty and staff news for VCU View. Turner plans to earn her master’s degree in counselor education.
